The interior decor is done in beautiful gray and white. It is very neutral and nicely integrated. The entire unit has new windows and screens. The living room and hall have laminate flooring. The kitchen has tile flooring, new cabinets, new counter-tops, all new appliances including a gas range, an over the range microwave and a refrigerator. The sink is new, as are the lights throughout the unit. (The unit does not have a dishwasher, nor a garbage disposal.) Located in the back of the kitchen is a storage area that also has a stack-able size washer and dryer hookup. The bedroom has brand new carpet and an awesome unique walk-in closet. The bathroom has brand new fixtures, tile flooring, cabinet, mirror, vanity light, decorative tile in the shower area and a modern vanity sink. As for the utilities, we include your water, sewer and trash in the cost of your rent. The tenant is responsible for 100% of the electric and gas which is billed directly to the tenant via Xcel Energy. So the tenant must be able to establish an account with Xcel Energy.

We do have an application process required in order to rent our units and we do require a security deposit on all units. The amount of the deposit is dependent on the results of the application. It will be NO LESS than an amount equal to one months rent, but may be higher as determined by results. The application fee is $50.00 per adult and all persons 18 yrs or older must apply. We require one month of rent and the required security deposit be paid in full at the time of signing the lease prior to taking possession of the unit. We offer lease terms from 3 mos to 6 mos. We are felon friendly and will consider most any situation on a case by case basis. We do not accept Section 8 or any other type of housing vouchers. We do not allow pets. We do complete thorough background checks on each applicant including a criminal background check, a credit check and an eviction history check. We verify rental and employment references and we require verifiable proof of income which must equal a gross monthly income of no less than 2 1/2 times the monthly rent amount. Each applicant must have a valid government issued photo ID.
